Supervision & Consultation
I offer supervision and consultation for therapists who want to work with more depth, clarity, and steadiness, especially when working with eating disorders, disordered eating, high-achieving clients, complex relational dynamics, and highly sensitive therapists learning how to stay open without taking everything on.
Areas of Focus
I offer supervision and consultation in the following areas:
Working with eating disorders and disordered eating
Supporting eating disorder recovery beyond symptom interruption, including body image and relational dynamics
Working with high-functioning, high-achieving clients
Developing therapist intuition and somatic attunement in the room
Learning how to hold your clients’ material without over-identifying, absorbing, or leaving sessions drained
Transitioning from manualized approaches toward relational depth
Holding clinical complexity without collapsing into urgency or over-intervention
My Approach
My approach to supervision is primarily process oriented. We will look at the case, what’s coming up for you, and what you’re noticing in the space between you and the client.
I’ll ask questions to help you clarify what you’re sensing. I may also offer different perspectives and see what fits and what doesn’t.
My aim is to help you arrive at greater clarity within yourself, to support a strengthening of your presence - so that whatever intervention you choose comes from a grounded place rather than pressure or uncertainty.
